Acted for the SPM Limited, the Appellant in the appeal proceedings before the
Appeal Tribunal (Buildings) Buildings Ordinance (Cap 123) Case No. 190 of 2018;
the Applicant in the judicial review proceedings in HCAL 1574/2021, [2022] HKCFI
1105; and the Respondent on appeal before the Court of Appeal CACV 201/2022,
[2023] HKCA 275.
本行代表SPM Limited為上訴人在上訴審裁小組(建築物條例)2018年第190號
案件;為申請人在司法覆核程序HCAL 1574/2021, [2022] HKCFI 1105;為答辯
人在上訴法庭CACV 201/2022, [2023] HKCA 275。
This case concerns a dispute on whether the external walls of a multi-storey building
are the common parts of the building and as a result the co-owners of the building are
responsible for its maintenance.
本案涉及一棟多層建築物的外牆是否屬於該建築物的公共部分,因此該建築物
的共同擁有者應負責該外牆維護的爭議。
